Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-04

Student GPA Calc (studentgpacalc.com) is run by AUSSIE-AI LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 17193460). "We" and "us" below mean AUSSIE-AI LTD. This policy covers what happens to information when you use the site.

Your grades stay on your device

The calculators work entirely inside your browser. The grades, credits, scores and settings you type are not sent to us, and we do not store them. Closing or reloading the page clears them.

Measuring visits

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and check how fast pages load. It does not set cookies and does not follow you to other websites. Cloudflare explains its handling of data at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Advertising

The site may show ads from Google AdSense to pay for running it. If it does:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and opt out of some other vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
  • Google describes how it uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland will be asked for consent before advertising cookies are set.

Messages you send us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply and to fix what you report, keep them no longer than needed for that, and never sell them or add you to a mailing list.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

Younger visitors

The calculators are meant for high school and college students and their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before contacting us. A parent who believes a child has sent us personal information can ask us to delete it through the contact page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Send requests through the contact page. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
